• A minimum vehicle value of $1500
• MUST be current on all state and local registrations. 
• Title MUST be free and clear or have clear payoff instructions.
• An original valid CarMax Offer is needed at the time of evaluation.
• We have the right to revise or reject any offer.
• No purchase necessary.
• All exceptions will be approved by the General Manager. 
• Offer expires using the CarMax expiration date.

 

IMPORTANT TRANSACTION

 

The title must be provided at the time of the sale. If a previously paid-off lien is listed on the title, you will need both title and lien release from the lien holder before Third Coast Auto can purchase your vehicle.

All titleholders should be present to sell the vehicle. Please see General Manager if they are not present.

If you have negative equity or other outstanding financial obligations, the amount should be paid in the form of a Cashier's Check. Certified Funds) or Cash. unless it can be included in the amount you are financing to purchase another vehicle from Third Coast Auto Group.

If the vehicle you want to sell is leased, confirmation of the payoff amount is required before we can purchase your vehicle. Some leasing companies will not allow you to sell before the lease expires.

If you do not have all the original keys and remotes, we may reappraise the vehicle to account for the additional cost because keys and remotes can be expensive to replace.
