Free 4th of July Fireworks and Festivals around Austin TX

H-E-B Austin Symphony July 4th Concert and Fireworks 

  • Where: Vic Mathias Shores
  • When: Concert begins at 8:30 pm.
  • Fireworks Time: Approximately 9:30 p.m.
  • Other details: Bring your own picnic and blanket to enjoy the show!

4th of July Parade and Celebration 

  • Where: Cedar Park TX, various locations
  • When: Parade begins at 10 a.m., festival at 4 p.m.
  • Fireworks Time: Event ends at 10 p.m., so we are estimating fireworks at approximately 9:30 p.m.
  • Other details:The celebration is free, and includes live music, a washer tournament, and other events. Food, face painting, games and rides will be available for a small fee.

Schertz 4th of July Jubilee 

  • Where: City of Schertz
  • When: 9:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Fireworks Time: Approximately 9:30 p.m. or sometime after dark
  • Other details: There is a 5k in the morning, and a watermelon eating contest will kick off afternoon entertainment at 12:45 p.m. Food, drink and live music will abound.

Frontier Days Celebration

  • Where: Round Rock TX (where we have one of our dealership locations!)
  • When: Starts at 10 a.m with the parade, followed by more events
  • Fireworks Time: Starts once it gets dark, with a movie to follow
  • Other details:This festival features exciting events like a jalapeno pepper eating contest, skydivers, movies, rubber duck races, pig races, and much more!

Liberty Fest 

  • Where: Leander TX
  • When: Gates open at 4:30 p.m. with activities starting at 5 p.m. and live music at 6 p.m.
  • Fireworks Time: 9 p.m. or a little later (display by Pyrotecnico)
  • Other details:Craft vendors, door and drink, children’s activities, and excellent fireworks are the hallmarks of this celebration north of Austin.
