Free Concerts in Austin TX July 2017
Each year the Bullock Texas State History Museum on 1800 Congress Avenue hosts the Under the Stars festival in its Lone Star Plaza. On Friday July 7, 14 and 21, families can enjoy a free concert featuring Texas artists from 6 to 9 p.m. Free parking is available and food and beverages are on site to purchase. Non-perishable food donations for the Central Texas Food Bank are accepted.
Those looking for a free Sunday concert can visit the Hartman Concert Park (701 W. Riverside Drive) at 7:30 p.m. to hear styles ranging from classical, to jazz to film scores and much more depending on the week! Free parking is available at the One Texas Center. Upcoming 2017 dates are July 9, 16, 23, 30 and August 6, 13, 20, and 27.

Located at Shady Grove (1624 Barton Springs Rd in Austin) this music series runs from April to September on Thursdays starting at 8 p.m. This outdoor concert is free, family-friendly, and features affordable food and beverages for sale. Upcoming 2017 dates are July 6, 13, 27, August 3, 17, 24, and September 7 and 14.
