You and Mom can support a good cause while enjoying great live music from Jazz Suite. Cost is $47.08 ($50 with tax and fees) per person and the fundraiser will be held at Crowne Plaza Austin.

Mother’s Day Brunch + Kid’s Kitchen

It can be hard to find activities that delight Moms and little ones at the same time, but this workshop helps kids make Mom that special breakfast, while Mom’s can enjoy a glass of something delicious while sitting back and relaxing. Live music and complimentary parking are included. Cost is $30 for adults, $15 for kids, and the event will happen at the BackYARD at Waller Creek, 701 East 11th Street in Austin from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Mother’s Day Jewelry Craft

For $30, Moms and loved ones learn how to make an elegant necklace, bracelet, or earring set with beads and wire. The event will happen at Café Crème located at 1834 East Oltorf Street in Austin from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Hens & Chicks Planting Party

Enjoy making an arrangement of succulent plants, and maybe indulge in some bubbly with Succulent Native (906 East 5th Street #105). All ages are welcome for the event, but champagne will only be available for those over 21 (ID required). Cost is $25-50 per person, and the event will run from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on Sunday May 13.
